 Selfish Pride...
One day I noticed the devil walking by my side,
His words were smooth as he tried to prove it’s OK to have selfish pride.
Because I should be proud of all my accomplishments,
And it must be known that me alone is who it represents.
He rambled on and on to prove his point was true,
But I said, “No Way,” for the Lord did say not to believe anything from you!
