 Unbound and Freed
With a smile as bright as her sunshiny hair,
Is Lisa, my friend with skin so fair.
She glows with the radiance of the springtime sun,
That warms our hearts and puts winter on the run.
She helps us receive the medicines we need,
So, a burden from our spirit can be unbound and freed.
May blessings of the Great Spirit reach you in many ways,
For kindness to each other He always repays.
